myWAY is an evidence-based career planner, co-designed with autistic individuals, and disability and employment specialists to meet the needs of autistic Career Explorers planning for employment or their next career move.
We call our users career explorers, because we recognise that finding a career path is a journey. Using myWAY, career explorers will be guided through a series of questions to help them identify their strengths, interests, learning and sensory preferences. This information is then matched to potentially relevant careers and employment pathways. We also provide scaffolded goal setting to support active progress towards a successful career.
myWAY Employability Plus (myWAY Plus) subscription unlocks additional features, designed for employers, service providers, and teachers, to support up to five neurodivergent Career Explorers with evidence–based personalised career insights, customisable profiles, and suggestions for workplace accommodations.
A myWAY Plus for organisations enables professional teams to support up to 100 neurodivergent Career Explorers, access de-identified dashboard insights, and download progress reports at any time for tracking and impact measurement.
*myWAY Employability Plus is free for Career Explorers under a Professional or Organisation subscription.
