What is myWAY Employability?

myWAY Employability (myWAY) helps uncover each Career Explorer’s unique strengths, interests, and workplace preferences, leading to clearer career direction, greater confidence, and improved employment outcomes. 

myWAY is an evidence-based career planner, co-designed with autistic individuals, and disability and employment specialists to meet the needs of autistic Career Explorers planning for employment or their next career move.
